Through your tribe’s GWE Program, you can provide support to tribal members with the convenient and easy-to-use FSA TPA debit card. This card can be used by tribal members to supplement member healthcare expenditures with funds to cover out of pocket health expenses as well as for assistance to pay for essential utility expenditures related to their primary residence.
Health Benefit FSA TPA Debit Card
Eligible Expenses Include:
- Non-cosmetic medical, pharmacy, dental, vision and hearing expenses - such as copays, coinsurance, deductibles, etc.
- Medical, dental, vision and hearing insurance premiums - excluding premiums paid pre-tax through an Employer or Group-sponsored Section 125 health plan
- Prescription drugs
- Behavioral health care
- Physical therapy
- Medical equipment - such as a walker, wheelchair, or respiratory equipment
- Chiropractor
- Lab fees
- Assisted living or skilled nursing facilities
- Eyeglasses and/or contact lenses
- Laser eye surgery
- Hearing aids
- Prenatal care
- Breast pump and supplies
- Smoking cessation
- Qualified Over-the-Counter items and feminine care products
- Long-term care premiums and services
- Braces or dentures
Utility Benefit FSA TPA Debit Card
Eligible Expenses Include:
- Electricity
- Natural gas and propane
- Water, Sewer and waste (trash services)
- Telephone services and equipment (landline and/or cellular)
- Internet services
- Cable or satellite services
Eligible expenses must be related to a Participant’s primary residence only.

GWE participants can now view and track important account information anytime via the FSA TPA Website or Mobile Application.
Select notification preferences, upload claims for reimbursement, and report a lost or stolen debit card.
